| We screen all prospective tenants through Cedar Tenant Screening Services. | |
| The fee is $30.00 and must be paid in advance. We will credit the screening fee towards your security deposit if the application is accepted and a twelve month lease is signed. Please download, printout, complete and return the application by mail, fax or call us to arrange to pick it up. You can attach the application fee as a personal check, money order made out to Ken Withey, or use the PayPal online secure payment link below. If you use the Paypal link, please indicate how the application is going to be returned so that we will credit your application fee correctly.
